What's 'Vintage Ties...'?!

'It all started with a DREAM....'

A lover of ties, Jaiden (model, blogger, designer) collected vintage and unique ties as a hobby, until one Christmas night of 2011, he had an impactful dream that would instantly change his very own views and stance in the fashion world.

Thus... January 2, 2012: 'Vintage Ties by JAIDEN Detroit' was born. This whole concept is to create custom ties by fusing vintage ties (or otherwise ordinary ties) with scrap/recycled materials to provide REBIRTH of a tie that was 'well on its way to the trash heap.' *THIS IS AN ORIGINAL CONCEPT, SO ANYONE ELSE AFTER THAT... IS JUST A REPLICA.*

This very concept has won over an unprecedented number of people in Detroit, resulting in numerous requests for fashion shows, photo shoots, and even clients who are FASHIONISTAS requesting a tie just to be different. 

As of Spring/Summer 2012, this tie collection has surpassed Jaiden's 2012 goals and expectations ALREADY as far as reach, strengthening its brand in Detroit and beyond, including doing a shoot for the Canada region (Toronto) and ironing out a future collabo with a London, UK performer.

'I have aspirations to reach every tie-lover, ONE BY ONE, and to eventually have a footprint in many nations of the world with my work,' Jaiden remarks, 'I am humbled and appreciate every single person who crosses my path and praises my ties; that only encourages me to do more and BETTER.'
